Join the Bayes Meet and Greet to meet other students, your School Dean Andre Spicer, hosted by the Students’ Union. There will be a host of games and activities for you to enjoy, and plenty of free food and drink!

To increase the awareness at our events, we’re aiming to better communicate with students/guests ahead of time what they can expect.

Sound and Loud Music:

Music will be played at a low level via a speaker system.

Enclosed spaces:

The event will be spaced out in a big room which is a big enough space for all students to enjoy and operate freely in.

Alcohol:

No alcohol will be present during this event. 

Wheelchair access:

Most of the buildings on campus have at least one route that is suitable for someone who is using a wheelchair or other mobility aids.The Great Hall has step-free access via a ramp. 

Seating: 

No seating will be necessary but there is seating in and around the space

Gender neutral toilet: 

Accessible toilets for every guests can be found next to the event space.

Lighting: 

Normal room lighting will be used. 

Activity level:

The activity level for this event ranges from gentle to moderate; walking around to talk to your peers, and optional games and small activities.
