Out of Stock is a student-led society at City University of London, turning bold ideas in the creative industries into reality. With our first festival, Festival YOUth, we aim to share creative cultural experiences with everyone to celebrate the boundless thinking of youth.

1️⃣ Apocalypse vs. Love (Director: Jeon Subin) 2023 _ 31’38”

Yoonjin rejects Haekyung's sudden confession of love that she met in the "Youth Writing Class." However, Youngji, a writing teacher, suggests them to collaborate to write until the next class. Yoonjin and Haekyung, who unexpectedly became a team, say they each want to write about ‘Apocalypse’ and ‘Love.’ However, differences in opinions are rarely narrowed, and the conversation eventually leads to a fierce battle.

2️⃣ MICROWAVE LOVE (Director: KWON Chan-Young) 2023 _ 26‘ 41“

One day, a wannabe science fiction writer struggling with lonely and gloomy life hears the sound of the microwave talking to her.

3️⃣ The Sea on the Day When the Magic Returns (Director: HAN Jiwon) _ 24’17”

Sejin once had the power to have anything she wanted just by thinking about it. But now she has lost her magic. Perhaps it disappeared because she couldn’t think of what she wanted. Six hours before her interview to be a tourist interpreter, Sejin heads to the weary sea to save her father.
