Accessibility Guide:

Background music:  Music will be played at a low level via a speaker system. 

Alcohol: No Alcohol present during this event.

Wheelchair access: Most of the buildings on campus have at least one route that is suitable for someone who is using a wheelchair or other mobility aids. The elevator on the bottom floor of the Northampton Square entrance will take you to the 1st floor.

Gender neutral toilet: 

Accessible toilets for every guests can be found next to the event space.

Chairs: Chairs available at the event.

Lighting: Standard room lights will be used throughout the event. No strobe lighting.

Designated Quiet Space: The event is drop-in so you can take time away if needed

Water Stations: Water available at the event and at nearby water stations.
