Event policies
**Non-Refundable Ticket Policy**
1. General Policy
All tickets purchased for the National Undergraduate St George’s University of London General Surgery Conference are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date that the attendee cannot reasonably attend, as required by UK consumer law.
3. No Refunds for Personal Reasons
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or inability to attend.
- Travel disruptions or delays.
- Illness, injury, or personal emergencies.
- Unforeseen changes in personal circumstances.
4. Ticket Transferability
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another nominated individual by notifying the event organisers no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
5. Force Majeure
The organisers are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
6. Consumer Rights
