We are thrilled to present the 2025 Society Awards, celebrating our Student Groups, Societies and our famous Carrot Awards!
Our annual awards ceremony is one of the biggest nights of the year, where we celebrate those who have made a difference at City, in style! Get your fanciest clothes on and prepare for an unmissable night of celebrating, partying and wrapping up a fantastic year!
Ticket schedule:
First Release - Monday 24th March 10am
Second Release - Monday 31st March, 10am
Final Release - Monday 7th April, 10am

This year, we are celebrating the Society Awards, recognising our Clerkenwell societies, and the famous Carrot Awards, celebrating our students and staff across all campuses.

A Ticket Gets You...
Entry to the event
Dinner from a wonderful caterer (all requirements catered for)
Welcome drink on arrival (alcoholic and non-alcoholic option available)
Access to a bar to purchase more drinks.

Event policies
The event is open to all City St George's students. The society awards section of the evening will focus on our Clerkenwell societies, however the Carrot Award is open to everyone across both sites.
University staff are also able to attend and show their support for our socities work throughout the year.
Come in your fanciest clothes. This is the night to show off your sparkle. The colour theme for the evening is purple and gold, but you can wear whatever colour takes your fancy.
The theme of the evening is glitz and glam, with a purple and gold colour theme to compliment our new awards branding!

Please make sure to add you alergies and dietary restrictions to the questions when purchasing a ticket. The food will be served buffet style, with clear lables and suitable alternnative.
There is a outdoor wheelchair lift directly outside the City Bar entrance. there is a lift between the Courtyard Cafe and the City Bar. There are ramps surrounding the CourtYard Cafe and is accessible from the main walkway inbetween the University and Tait building.
The event will have loud music at time, with the first section of the evening being lower volume and the performances being louder.
There will be no alchol at this even to make it as inclusive as possible for all of our student groups.
While our ticket is free it is the main way we keep track of attendance and order the right amount of food! So if you are no longer able to go please request a refund and we will remove your ticker OR you can transfer your ticket to someone lese you know who wishes to attend.
The society awards are for our Clerkenwell societies only, and the Carrot awards are across all of our campuses.
As the awards are presented at the same evening the event is open to all of our students and staff.
The tickets will be avaliable until the 28th of April so make sure to get them while you can!
