We are excited to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Students’ Union. The meeting will be held in ELG02, Lower Ground Floor, Drysdale Building. Doors will open at 13:00, and a free lunch will be provided.

Every student at City St George's University is invited and encouraged to attend. Please remember to bring your Student ID card as it will be required for entry. This meeting will be within the final Assembly meeting of the year, which runs from 13:00 to 18:00.
What is an Annual General Meeting (AGM)?
An AGM is a large forum where students come together to debate and determine the direction of City St George's Students’ Union. It is a great opportunity to have a hands-on impact on the democracy and running of the Students’ Union. Any student can attend the AGM and have their say on the items discussed.
What happens at the AGM?
The AGM plays a crucial role in the governance processes of the Union. Students will debate and discuss the work of the Students’ Union, receive the financial accounts from the previous financial year, approve the affiliations of the Union, and ask questions to members of the Board of Trustees.
